School Visit Overview
Being a successful artist and children’s book writer, Joey Welsh brings a unique perspective to his author/illustrator visits. His presentation teaches children the fundamental power of pictures and words, but also the value of passion and determination. Through step-by-step examples, Joey demonstrates how he builds a story, how he crafts his illustrations, how he extracts humor from his characters and the great importance of never giving up.
